Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are three new resturants, a market and small shops on the mountain within a five minute walk. Golden is within a 15 minute drive and has all amenities available. Check with Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to confirm what amentities are open during your visit.
The view is of the Columbia River Valley with the Rocky Mountains beyond. There are 2 small lakes about 5 kms from the house as well as the Columbia and Kicking Horse Rivers at about 10 kms.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Full payment due at time of booking if booking is made within 90 days of arrival. Damage deposit due at time of booking. All renters and their guests are liable for damages above and beyond the damage deposit.
