Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days of the first night of accommodations forfeit full payment unless the property is resold in which there an additional $100 re-sale fee applied against the refund.

Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
