This is a fully equipped luxury Townhome that is owner occupied during summer months.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful Master Bedroom featuring Log Post Bed. Highest quality mattress and bedding, including alternative down comforter. Has attached deck overlooking ski hill. 15 foot cathedral ceiling. Bathroom is directly off bedroom.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Two beautiful Canadian made log beds with high-end pillow-top mattresses. High ceiling with patio doors opening to a huge deck which faces the mountains. Both beds have alternative down comforters with cozy sheets.
1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This private room contains a high end rock solid, log bed. The queen lower bed is equipped with the highest quality mattress and bedding. Bunk bed is a full 3.5 feet above queen, and the room has 9.5 foot ceiling. The single above contains the highest quality mattress and bedding.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
The townhomes overlook the Purcell Mountain Range and our unit has direct views of the ski hill.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). This is a true ski-in ski-out direct to door collection of 18 town homes. You can ski directly downhill (1 minute) on a path that leads to Gondola. There is no walking necessary until spring skiing break up.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can walk to at least 4 on hill restaurants featuring a wide variety of dining. There is a general store that is about a 5 minute walk on the Plaza beside the Gondola.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

Reserve right for minimum 3 or 5 night stays on peak ski periods in Dec through April

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
