Large open kitchen design, under and over cabinet lighting, Brazilian slate counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, enormous island for preparing and enjoying meals.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large master bedroom with en suite and private deck offering stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. Rub your eyes in amazement each morning as you look through the gondola window.... which has a bird's eye view of the resort's main gondola. Fine finishing is everywhere, from the doors to the slate flooring. This is a bedroom fit for a King and Queen. Located on the third floor, this room is very private and the bathroom is a natural light lovers delight. No fewer than five windows in this bathroom, which features heated natural slate floors and walls, with separate shower and jet bath. Fine wood work completes this unique room.

The front of the home has two decks which run the width of the building, one on the top floor and one wrap around deck which is on the main floor. Your view is of the ski hill and the peaks of surrounding mountains. The back decks contribute great vistas North and East. You can see the ski hill from the hot tub patio.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There is a shuttle bus which goes back to Golden every afternoon. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk is 5 minutes maximum to dining and shopping. The town of Golden which is 15 minutes by car, has many good restaurants and bars. There is also basic shopping with some specialty shops. Kicking Horse Mountain Resort has a Sushi bar, and a mainstream bar called the Extreme Peaks. There are a couple of restaurants as well. • Nearby Attractions: Radium Hot Springs is only 65 minute drive. Many many national parks nearby. There are many beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails, whitewater rafting, paragliding, ice fishing.
Payment Details
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 25 per hour. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
