    The unit is just a stone's throw from the beach, located across from the natural, unoccupied state-owned land adjacent to the Kamaole III Beach. "Kam III beach" is locally known as the loveliest of the three Kamaole beaches that string from central Kihei to Wailea. The west facing beach has an excellent diving and swimming reef, sometimes a good surfing break (depending on the season), a nearby boat launch ramp, hiking trails, grass and sand with palm trees everywhere!

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Refundable Security Deposit: $250 is required for stays 20 days or less. For stays 21 days or more, a $500 deposit is required. This amount is refundable 30 days after departure if inspections show no missing or damaged items or above average electricity usage. All payments MUST be made in U.S. funds only. Payments can be made by personal check, money order, or cashiers check. Credit/debit cards and electronic transfers are accepted via *PayPal. *PAYPAL: An additional 3% (domestic) or 4% (Int'l) service charge will be added onto your total if you choose to use this payment option. -No shortened stays allowed within 60 days of arrival date. -No cancellations, shortened stays or refunds after arrival date for any reason. ***We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.***

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $92/day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
