Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100, cancellation is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of ask for details.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
