    The unit is on the top floor and has views of the ocean and Molikini Island in the distance. The unit looks down on the courtyard and pool/tennis court area. The courtyard area is between the bungalows and the building and is a lush grassy area with beautiflul tropical plants and geckos.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Three golf courses in the area. A public course in Kihei, less expensive, is about a mile away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping and dining are within walking distance....one block and the dining includes all kinds and prices from Denny's to very popular, more expensive dining. There is also a bar and billiards place. Shopping center has all kinds of shops. A couple miles north of Wailea which has a huge mall and great restaurants.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach (Kamaole II) is right across the road from the unit. The beach is Kamaole II, which is right across the street from Kihei Akahi. This beach always shows up in travel books as one of the nicest beaches in Maui. There is great snorkeling, as well as swimming here. There is also a State park, so there are bathroom facilities and lifeguards.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is $200 (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
