The unit has a full kitchen, TV/DVD player, stereo/CD player, telephone with free unlimited long distance calling to Canada and the USA, free hi-speed internet and a private lanai. Living room has a queen size sofa bed. The unit was extensively renovated and refurnished in 2005. Fully equipped with utensils, fresh linen and towels, iron/ironing board/hairdryer. Equipped with multi-speed ceiling fans in living and bedrooms.

    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
