The interior was lovingly decorated with palm tree decor and the owners left a gift bag for our arrival. We really felt welcomed. It was only right across the street from the beach. You also had access to a laundry room, pool and BBQ facility. Very nice. Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located from everything, Lahaina was only a few minutes away and there was always something close to us that we could do. Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). Either a refundable security/damage deposit of 200 or a 35 processing fee is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
TERMS and CONDITIONS Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am HST Add 12.42% Hawaii tax and Transient accommodation tax. NO charge for 3rd guest. $50 late checkout fee (will apply after 11am, unless arrangement made). $100 per day on the 4th guest plus a one-time $50 surcharge. Cleaning fee $95.00 (2 guests) Additional cleaning $39 (3rd guest) We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal & US postal money order in US funds. All accrued charges during the stay must be paid prior to departure. This is 100% non-smoking unit. No pet(s) allowed on the property. Pre-Registration with owner will be required prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 100% credit on a future booking. Less than 30 days, we reserve the right to retain rental charges, unless we can rebook the property, we prorate rental charges. A 10% cancellation fee is required on canceled reservations.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
