    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    TERMS and CONDITIONS Secure PAYMENT is accepted via PAYPAL. Subject to 11.416% Hawaii tax and Transient accommodation tax. RATES are for 2 people *each additional person is $12.99 per day (maximum of 4 people). $200 of rent is required upon booking. Cleaning fee $83.57 Damage refundable deposit is required($250 for 7 night & $500 for 28 nights or longer). BALANCE is due 30 days prior to arrival. For stays of 28 nights or more, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. US Local bank Money Order & Cashiers Cheque are welcome. No smoking and no pet(s) allowed in unit. Guest must register with on-site resort manager prior to occupying unit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
