Extra large lanai, peek of the ocean. Fully furnished with linens, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, etc as well as a fully stocked kitchen, and ceiling fans and air conditioners in the bedroom and the LR. Condo is a corner unit in the desirable “inner court”: a very quiet experience. The view is private and over the lush tropical landscaping. |

No smoking in unit or on lanai; smoking areas located throughout property. $200 cleaning fee in addition to check out cleaning fee if violated.
Maximum Occupants
Minimum age of 25 to rent. Maximum number of guests is 4 The resort charges a "check in fee" of $15.63 paid by the guest directly to the resort upon check in. This fee covers the morning newspaper, $5 Cybercafe card, free local calls, Wednesday Mai Tai party, and access to the on-site gym. This fee is not optional. 4 persons

Beautifully renovated and upgraded kitchen (marble, tile, stainless).
Basic amenities include starter provisions of Dawn dish soap, Cascade dishwasher powder, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, bath soap. Community kitchen cupboard usually has foil, coffee filters, spices, olive oil and other non-perishables.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large master bedroom with beautiful tile inlay of a turtle. Tasteful island style furnishings; new mattress 2006; lots of storage; en suite bathroom
Living Room
1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable Murphy bed with closet and drawers for storage. More comfortable than a sleeper sofa.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Our unit is in building 6, (2nd floor). It is a corner unit located in the highly desirable “inner court” which provides a very quiet experience, away from elevator noise as well as noise from South Kihei Rd or the entryways. The view is private and over the lush tropical landscaping. You can see a bit of the ocean from the lanai and front entry (more or less depending on how recently the foliage/trees have been trimmed).

View complex information and photos at Kamaole Sands. Ceiling fans & air conditioners in bedroom & LR. Most days, the unit is cool enough with just the trade winds and ceiling fans plus the tinted windows, but occasionally you might need A/C, so we have provided that for your comfort.
The large pool was recently renovated. 2 hot tubs-1 adult only. Children’s wading pool. There are 4 regulation size tennis courts and an exercise room. Other amenities: 24 hour front desk & security, on-site activity desk, 8 large BBQ areas, reserved parking next to the building, property manager on site, complimentary morning newspaper, welcome continental breakfast your first morning by the pool, Wednesday afternoon Mai Tai party (3-5pm).
Free high speed internet (there is no computer), as well as cable TV, family DVDs, Hawaiian music CDs, a paperback library.
1/2 day or full day rate may be charged for late check out.

Payment Details
There is no security/damage deposit required.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card 30% or 3 nights plus taxes(larger of) due upon confirmation by Visa or MC. Balance due 45 days prior to check-in (60 for major holidays) by Visa, MC, or check. $150 of deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation prior to 45 days (60 for holidays); remainder of deposit fully refundable. Cancellations within 45 days (60 for major holidays)forfeit all monies paid. $200 fee for violating smoking policy. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
