Airport
Easy 20-30 minute drive to Kahului Airport (OGG). The recently upgraded Mokolele Hwy. transitions at Kihei to the Piilani Hwy.31 which expedites the travel time and ease to the airport.

Shopping and Dining
Walk to shops and restaurants would be @ 10-15 minutes if desired.
Attractions
Fabulous Beaches minutes away. Excellent snorkeling nearby. 1 of 2 Pools and jacuzzi spas adjacent to unit, 2 tennis courts available. Learn to surf, boating or fishing accessible. World class Wailea shopping minutes drive away. All amenities only minutes away by either walking or car. We recommend that you rent a car for best exposure to all the island has to offer.
Golf Courses
There are 4 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is a boat ramp just across from the Maui Kamaole complex.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 100.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
To secure a booking, a credit card must be used to secure payment. Use of your credit card is held in reserve for the $300 security deposit to be charged "only" if damages, breakage or loss are found in the unit. A $100.00 cancel fee plus any credit card fees will be accessed upon cancellation of the unit. Reimbursement of rental amount will be reimbursed provided the unit is re-rented. We realize that a cancellation may be unavoidable. We will try to work with you to change your dates if possible. Please contact us immediately if you intend to cancel the unit. Thank you.
