1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Comfortable and large master bedroom with several closets for ample storage. King bed is the same type that they have at the Four Season Hotel. Sliding glass door and extra window for extra light. Private patio off the master bedroom. Private bathroom in the Master suite, separated away from the living area for privacy. Very quiet. Matching contemporary furnishings.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Pack n Play with bassinet is kept in the unit for little ones. Rental of other children's items is available on island.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Our luxury Maui Kamaole 1 bedroom, ground floor condo has a wonderful peek ocean view just off the front 212 sq ft lanai with extended lawn area for guest use. Pay for a garden category condo and get the bonus of ocean view as a bonus. Conveniently located in the B cluster at the lower portion of the complex for easy access to beaches and condo amenities. Our unit is adjacent to one of 2 pools. Across the street is Kamaole III Beach Park and a short walk is Keawakapu Beach. Tennis anyone? We have 2 tennis courts and BBQ areas to round out the amenities along with the lush tropical landscaping. The condo is stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, ice chests, snorkel gear and beach toys for guest use and convenience.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal
To secure a booking, a credit card must be used to secure payment. Use of your credit card is held in reserve for the $300 security deposit to be charged "only" if damages, breakage or loss are found in the unit. A $100.00 cancel fee plus any credit card fees will be accessed upon cancellation of the unit. Reimbursement of rental amount will be reimbursed provided the unit is re-rented. We realize that a cancellation may be unavoidable. We will try to work with you to change your dates if possible. Please contact us immediately if you intend to cancel the unit. Thank you.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Rental or unit may have.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
