50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 115.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
