Complex has 2 tennis courts (no fee) and 2 pools. Unit has reserved parking space. Keys are available on-site. Located in South Kihei near the Wailea boarder. Warmer, sunnier and less rain than the northern part of the island. 20 minute drive from the airport.

    There is an unobstructed view of the beach, sand, ocean and northern portion of the island of Maui. There are no buildings between the unit and the ocean, perfect for whale watching! This is the best view in the complex if not in all the area. It is stunning!

    There are lanais off both bedrooms and a large lanai off the living room with table, chairs, chaise lounges and a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. The complex has two jacuzzis, two swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. A common BBQ area is near unit. The washer/dryer units are Maytag fullsize side by side. There are separate a/c units for each bedroom and living area. This unit has been recently professionally decorated. This is the largest unit and best location in the complex. Over 1600 sq. ft. inc. lanais. It is a newer lowrise complex bordering Wailea. Vaulted ceilings in living room and dining room. 2nd bedroom is fully enclosed and private...not open loft as in other units in complex.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The condo is less than a 5 minute drive to world class resort golf courses.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The condo is a two minute drive to the spectacular new Wailea Shopping Center and 5 star resorts like the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea. Fine dining is also close by. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Many premium golf courses are also nearby.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The beach is located across the street from the condo There is excellent snorkeling across the street. It is directly across from its name sake, popular Kamaole Beach III. There is a large grassy park with a playground adjacent to the property.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    $200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
