    This top floor condo has both ocean views of the swimming beach across the street and mountains to the east from the balcony. This condo is in the finest location in Kihei. Firstly it is directly across from Kamaole 11 beach. This is a beautiful beach that is virtually semi-private. Snorkling or just relaxing on clean rock free sand is a pleasure. You are located virtually next door to restaurants and shopping. You are 1.5 miles from golf and upscale shopping and dining.

    New bamboo flooring throughout the condo. New upgrading has just taken place.- New fridge has been added, as well as new lighting fixtures in the kitchen and bathroon. New paint for bathroom as well as very pretty shower curtain and matching carpet. New table lamps in living room have also been put in. New coffee maker,and blender for the kitchen. A new cordless telephone with built in answering machine is now in place. Beautiful new verticle blinds in the living room and newly painted throughout.

You have clothing stores and gift shops. You even have an internet cafe to sit and enjoy your coffee while checking your e mail. If you get desperate, there is a Denny's right there, open 24 hours. What a place. You will enjoy, believe me.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The ocean is across the street. It takes exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds from the time you leave the condo to be on the beach and taking in the sun. And what a beach. Clean and beautiful. A bonus!! There are lifeguards on duty. Makes you feel comfortable. This is a BEAUTIFUL BEACH. No rocks and very clean sand. There is a lifeguard on duty and the peacefulness is dramatic. This beach is very quiet and almost private. You can snorkle or jog or relax and take in the serenity of Kihei. The water is warm and clear.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
