This "ON THE OCEAN" complex,is near a multitude of beaches and activities. The World Famous Golf Courses and beaches of Wailea and Makena are minutes away, and your central location is close to everything.

Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel called our condos "a bargain with numerous extra amenities...just steps to the Pacific", and chose our Resort as one of the 10 best budget beachside resorts in Hawaii.

Tennis, pool, jacuzzi, gas grills, putting green and outdoor kitchen cabana are for our guests. Beach Towels, chairs, beverage/lunch coolers are provided for your convenience.

    This lovely oceanview unit has vaulted ceilings in the living room, and both of the bedrooms. In 2003 new carpet,new ceramic tile,new curtains, and freshly painted - offers a first class experience for guests.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). While most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area, the complex is a 10 minute walk to the 'Azeka' shopping center (20 shops, restaurants, and other conveniences.) A short 5 minute drive from the complex provides further shopping, dining and entertainment experiences for guests.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The complex is on the ocean, only a few steps to the water.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
