Enjoy the uniqueness of this small (only 36 units) complex. You can watch the kids play in the pool right from the lanai,kitchen, and living room and in winter months, watch the whales play. You will see the most spectacular sunsets! Very kid friendly unit, and the location is about the best you can find.

    A car is nice, but not needed, as it is a short walk to most everything. BBQ is steps away from the unit and everything is furnished,(even a new iMac computer!) and custom Hawaiian Artwork, and 800 to 1000 TC Sheets, TV's in both of the bedrooms with many dvd movies, New flat screen TV in living room, and beautiful new tropical bedroom sets in both of the bedrooms, this unit has it all, makes for the Most Wonderful Family vacation you can have!

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Less than a 15 minute drive to Wailea's Best Courses. Wailea also has the Wailea Tennis Club, where you can pay a drop in fee to play, or buy a monthly membership if you are there for a while. The club has 9 courts, and Joe's Bar and Grill is above the clubhouse/proshop.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just across the street are many fine places to eat and there are many shops located right in the heart of S.Kihei. A easy walk to just about everything you would want or need.
    • Just a 2 minute walk to the Beautiful Kamaole Beach. The Kamaole Beach is rated one of the Best Beaches in the Hawaiian Islands and this unit sits right on it!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
