• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many golf courses to choose from: Kihei, Wailea, Makena, or further a field to Wailuku, Pukalani, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Napili, Kapalua. There are 2 municipal courses Elleair in Kihei on Lipoa Ave & Hwy. 31,(5 10 minutes away) and thirty minutes north of Kahului in Waiehu, the Waiehu Municipal Golf course
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Less than 10 minutes to shopping and resturants, plus a large grocery store one mile away. Many specialty strip shopping malls close by.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Two minute walk from the unit to the beach. Reportedly one of the finest sandy beaches on Maui; safe for children and adults. Life guard station - also toilets, and showers.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
