• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). World class golf courses at Wailea as well as local courses 5 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Located within minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. A vehicle is recommended as there is minimal public transport on the island. Taxis are available.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Complex is located across the street from the fabulous Kamaole III Beach Park. The condo is located right across the road from Kamaole III beach. Water is calm and clear in the mornings - excellent for snorkeling. Surf generally appears in early afternoon.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
