• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). World class golf is only a short 20 minute drive away
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). About a 10 minute walk to market, movies, Subway, Starbucks, Flea Market, Thai food, Pizza, and about a 20 minute walk to major shopping and restaurants. For groceries, Star Market and Foodland are only about a 10 minute walk away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
