This unit has a direct Oceanfront view from the beautiful, private, romantic 4th floor lanai. Wonderful waves, sunsets, and whales off the lanai during winter and spring. Year round rainbows, boats, view of other islands, plus beautiful ocean vistas from the lanai, living room, and even the kitchen. You can't get any closer to the water except on a boat!!!

Unit has telephone with voice messaging, and you can hook up your laptop (laptop not provided). Wonderful gas barbecues available poolside for all to use or go to rooftop for more BBQ's and 360 degree view! Plenty of free parking as well. Restaurant on Property. All other shopping is very close by.

• Kahalui Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. OGG (Kahalui Airport) is 10 miles away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby. Many golf courses are a few miles away, both south to Wailea which is only 3 miles, or go north to Lahaina/Kaanapali which is 18 miles.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Resort is in Kihei, where there are lots of shops, arts and craft markets, great restaurants from funky hide aways, to lovely ambiance, and world class dining in Wailea (3 miles south). Only 10 miles to the airport, there is also a great Sat. Flea Market in Kahalui (just before the airport).....great buys to take home with you. Lots of ocean tours leave from the harbor (scuba, snorkeling trips, sunset sails) plus the aquarium, and that is a 5 minute drive from your home away from home. With only 18 miles to Lahaina (restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and tourists attractions), you have a real choice.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. You are oceanfront, so as soon as you exit the building, you can go right out on the sand! Menehune Shores has an ancient Menehune Fish Pond right off property. You can swim there as well, for shelter from the surf!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
There is a $25 USD fee to pay by wire transfer. Guests will be responsible for any additional transfer fees. There is a 5% fee to use paypal.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
