    Deposit - All reservations require a $350.00 USD (Visa or Master Card) deposit at time of confirmation. Reservation fee of $35.00 USD per booking is required. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings with an arrival: 21 Dec - 03 Jan - Final balance is due October 31. Cancellation: Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to the arrival: $100.00 USD fee. Cancellation received 29-15 days prior to the arrival: $250.00 USD fee. Cancellation received 14-0 days prior to the arrival: 4 nights rent (+ tax). Christmas Cancellation (21 Dec - 03 Jan): Cancellation received up to October 31st: $100.00 USD fee. Cancellation received November 1-30: $400.00 USD fee. Cancellation received after November 30th and early departures: No Refund. Damage deposit is due at check in.
