View

Our mirrored walls double the breathtaking view of outlying island Lanai, McGregor's Point and the West Maui Mountains, as well as the Maalea Bay. No buildings or parking lots are visible from our private lanai (balcony). There are spectacular views from every window in the unit, from the volcano, Haleakala, to the ancient fishpond which creates a huge saltwater swim/snorkel area directly in front of the building. From our rooftop garden/BBQ area, the 360 degree island views are fantastic and our swimming pool is Oceanside. The grounds are landscaped with numerous palms, coconut trees, plumeria and ginger flowered plants, water falls, etc, etc. The grass is better than the golf courses'. Perfection, everywhere.

The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 89 per day.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
