• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Kamaole Beach Park III is just a 5-10 minute walk or a quick drive. Kamaole Beach Park III has public showers and bathrooms as well as a lifeguard.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Deposit - All reservations require a $350.00 USD (Visa or Master Card) deposit at time of confirmation. Reservation fee of $35.00 USD per booking is required. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings with an arrival: 21Dec-03Jan - Final balance is due October 31. CANCELLATION: Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to the arrival: $100.00 USD fee. Cancellation received 29-15 days prior to the arrival: $250.00 USD fee. Cancellation received 14-0 days prior to the arrival: 4 nights rent (+tax). Christmas Cancellation (21Dec-03Jan): Cancellation received up to October 31st: $100.00 USD fee. Cancellation received November 1-30: $400.00 USD fee. Cancellation received after November 30th and early departures: NO REFUND! Damage deposit is due at check in.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $27.00/day plus tax.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
