Welcome to Killiney Beach located on the west side of Lake Okanagan halfway between Vernon and Kelowna along Westside Road.

Our house is on a half acre of beautifully landscaped property with cedar trees surrounding amazing outdoor living spaces that offer panoramic vistas of the north Okanagan. We hope that you will find it to be a very peaceful retreat.

We are approx. a 45 minute drive from Vernon (north) and approx. a 55 minute drive from Kelowna (south) along Westside Road. The drive is easy from the north but the road winds and can be narrow as you proceed south of Killiney Beach. The North Okanagan area offers a vast array of outdoor activities from summer aquatic sports and golf to biking and hiking and, of course, an array of wineries. The winter offers great local snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing at Silver Star or Big White Ski Resort.

Our house is a 3 minute walk to Killiney Beach Park and boat launch with its picnic sites and safe swimming areas. Our half acre of beautifully landscaped hillside offers privacy and shade during the beautiful Okanagan summer days.

The house has 2 floors. The main floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and den with multiple sliding door access to a large patio. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities. Both floors are bright with large windows and access to the outdoors. This indoor and outdoor living space is ideal for 2-6 people and offers amazing views of Okanagan Lake.
