Rustic Cottage

Welcome to our rustic home overlooking Okanagan Lake. We are on the westside of OK Lake, 35 min from either Vernon or Kelowna. We have one acre of treed land offering privacy and shade during the hot Okanagan summer days. The house has 2 floors. The main floor is fully open kitchen, dining area and living room. Downstairs is also above ground with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities. Both floors are bright with large windows giving the feeling of being outdoors.

• Nearby Attractions: Killiney Beach is 3 min away which offers an excellent boat launch, dock, picnicing and swimming and 10 min to Fintry Prov Park with a beautiful sandy beach. Spallumechen Golf Course is a 20 min drive on the way to Vernon. Hiking trails are a walk or short drive away and World Class mountain biking is available at Silver Star Mtn.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
