2 bedroom rustic cabin situated on private beach with large dock (shared with owner). Maximum 4 people.Sleeps 2 adults,2 children comfortably (Double bed,bunk beds) Large deck overlooking water. Canoe,two kayaks, rowing boat and various inflatables available. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD player. Parking limited to 2 cars, no trailers, PWCs. Minimal visitors. Must sign waiver with respect to liability. No pets.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest golf course (Spallumcheen) is 30 min. north from the house. Predator Ridge (near Vernon) is a one hour drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are 2 ski resorts - Silver Star (near Vernon) and Big White (near Kelowna).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest towns north, Vernon and Armstrong, are a 40 minute drive from the house. Kelowna is a one hour drive south.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. Large dock and beach are immediately in front of cabin. Dock and beach are private, shared occasionally with owner. There is a canoe,kayak and rowboat.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 30% (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of one night's rent is required at time of booking. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
