Okanagan Lake view (see pictures.)
A quick drive or 10-15 minute walk takes you down the hill to Okanagan Lake which is excellent for swimming and boating. There are picnic tables and a boat launch at Killiney Beach. 7 km south from the suite is Fintry National Park where you can take a short hike to a scenic waterfall. Above the suite in the hills are many smaller lakes where you can fish for trout. 10 Kms north there is a grocery store and gas station.

- Kelowna airport is a one hour drive.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are a number of world class golf courses in the area. They are 30-60 minutes drive from the cottage.
- Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). You have a 50 minute drive to Silver Star Ski Resort.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The suite is in a rural setting approx. 40 minutes to Kelowna or Vernon, 15 minutes to Okanagan Resort and only 10 minutes to grocery store and gas station. Creekside Garden restaurant is 5 kms north. A vehicle is required.
- Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. Approximately a 10 minute walk to Killiney beach on Okanagan Lake, Gorgeous view of Okanagan Lake from the entire suite. Killiney Beach is pebble/sand [more pebble than sand]. It is shallow with gradual falloff and suitable for children. Public swimming platform. There is a boat launch and dock but no mooring overnight.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00 per day.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
