Washer and dryer is available for those staying for a week or more (washer and dryer are not located in the cottage).

• The airport is in Kelowna, about an hour's drive from the cottage.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The nearest golf course is about half an hour away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Just slightly over an hour's drive going towards Vernon.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Dining is less than a 10-minute drive. Shopping is available in Kelowna and Vernon.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. There is a dock. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the cottage.
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 35.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
