More Information

Regarding Lift Tickets: Since Powdr Corp. acquired Killington Ski Resort, very few discount tickets are available. Although Mountain Green’s website states they can save you a few dollars on multi-day passes, they are unable to offer them this year. However, the same deals can be obtained by purchasing tickets in advance on Killington’s website: http://www.killington.com/winter/plan/lift_tickets/lift_tickets_and_eticket/index.html

Distances

• Golf: The unit is located on Killington Golf Club.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Across the parking lot from Snowshed and Ramshead Ski Lodges. It is a very large parking lot. You will probably choose to take the shuttle, even though you can see the ski lodges.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). You will be located on the upper part of the Killington Access Rd.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Prefer personal check or money order.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
