Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Parking

Parking is free. A guest must request this optional service.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 40.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are no requirements.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Hot Tub Service & Fee

Hot tub heating is included in the rent.
