Located on the 16th fairway of Trickle Creek Golf course. The hot tub and private deck are nestled directly in the tall pines from the golf course and you also have views of the course from the 2 bottom floor bedrooms. Don't be surprised if the resident deer pay you a visit during your stay. The master bedroom and veranda have magnificent views of the Purcell mountains and ski hill.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer There is a $500 damage deposit held on your credit card at booking. You will see no charges unless the damage deposit has to be used. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
