Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Located on the upper 3rd level with same floor bathroom & 6 person sauna. Screened windows open, are child safe and have view of ski hill.
Living Room
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). A high-grade double sized hide-a-bed in the living room with matching love seat and two sofa chairs have panoramic view of Rocky Mountains. Watch free Pay Per View Movies on Satellite T.V.
Loft
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom loft has a cat-walk entry which looks into the living room . Alpine Log-work railings / rungs secure the loft and cat-walk and adds a special log cabin atmosphere. Sleeps single, couple or three kids. The kids can watch TV from the loft. This is an AeroBed with easy push button electric inflater for adjusting sleeping comfort.
Family Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The family room ( Berber carpet ) runs off the dining room( hardwood floors ) and was upgraded ( 2003 )with a Queen size hide-a-bed. The family room has a window that looks over the deck and towards the ski hill. The dining room has a remote controlled gas fireplace.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed. Located on the lower ground level, next to the small room with the bunk beds. Has its own master bathroom en-suite, large shower, closet, and a powder room area for the ladies. Storage area for extra towels and blankets.
Bedroom
2 Single/Twin Beds. Bunk beds on lower floor near master bedroom with same floor bathroom off of the master bedroom. Bunk beds have real 6 foot ( new 2003 ) mattresses, not foam.

The living room window has a panoramic view of the rugged snow capped Rocky Mountains. See approx. 50 miles of the Rockies. The family room & dining room on the main floor walks out onto the large 20x16' deck, equipped with gas bar-b-q which all faces the ski hill. A second deck leading off the upper bedroom has a view of the ski hill runs.

• Cranbrook/Kimberly Intl Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. There are three rental car agents ( Budget, Hertz + National )at the airport as well a taxi service available.
At certain times there is also a shuttle bus from the airport into Kimberley.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit next to "Trickle Creek Golf Resort" and is an approx. 10 minute walk to the club house, or a 1 mile drive. We have a unique location, as we are situated on Kimberley Ski hill and the golf course was built next beside the ski hill. So the unit doubles as ski and golf accommodation. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. True Ski in/out - on hill chalet unit. Ski down to buy your lift ticket in the morning, and cut down just below the upper base lift and literally ski to the back door or along the side of the unit to the front door. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the restaurant, shops etc. takes about 2 to 10 minutes. The walk to Cross Country Track is five minute . Hiking/mountain bike trails out your door. Tennis, racquetball courts, water bumper cars, go-carts all on hill and walking distance. A 5 minute drive puts you down town Kimberley and lots of shops, shopping, eateries, pubs in the Platzl.( Pedestrian traffic only ) • Wasa Lake Resort is a 25 minute drive and is nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The lake has a ( 5 km.) paved path around the lake for biking, roller-blading and walking. There are 2 public beach accesses with boat, SeaDoo and canoe rentals. Lost Lake and Premier Lake are about a 10 minute drive from Wasa lake - both are hidden treasures. Wasa Beach is situated at Wasa Lake, BC. and is a 25 minute drive east of Kimberley towards Invermere, Radium Hotsprings and Calgary. It offers a provincial park area with 2 public beach access areas for beaching up, picnicing, boating, and has a 5 mile paved path around the lake for walkers, joggers, bikers, and rollerbladers. Boat and canoe rentals are available, two eateries and a general store. Free beach parking. Premier Lake Prov. Park is just 10 minutes further from Wasa lake, which is nestled in at the base of the Rocky Mountains.
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer When full payment is received, the guests will receive an email message with directions to the unit and an entry code about 7 days before the check-in date. This unit has a " no-key " system. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
