View complex information and photos at Willow Vistas. Some units in this complex have telephones and some do not. Be sure to ask if a unit with a phone is available to you, if it is important to you. All units in the complex have internet access; some are wireless. 'Hotel size' soap, conditioner and lotion are supplied in the bathrooms. The creek behind the complex (Trickle Creek) attracts wildlife in the summer; deer and moose can be seen from the complex.

• Canadian Rockies International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Ski Out: Between the complex across that road (called Chicamon Springs) and it's neighbour McGinty Landing, is a trail that takes you to the ski lifts. It is an easy trail, and can be skied or walked. Ski In: Returning to the complex depends on the weather conditions and on snow removal. When there is alot of snow, you can ski back to the complex. Where there is not alot of snow, it is a one block walk back. There is a shuttle bus that will take guests to the ski resort as well as to the "Platzl". There is a fee per rider. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Restaurants and shopping located in the Platzl, in Kimberley.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 75.00 cleaning fee will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.00 per hour min 1 hour. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
