Just minutes from several championship golf courses, the Kimberley Nature Park and Kimberley Alpine Resort.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Kimberley Alpine Resort is open from mid December till early April. Favourite ski hill for families and challenging for advanced skiers. No wait at the lifts.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Shopping in the Platzl (centre of town) has a variety of stores to choose from.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 75.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
