The kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances and features a gas range and a large refrigerator with bottom pull-out freezer complete with ice maker. The island has three bar stools making it perfect for socializing while the gourmet meals are being prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

The east view from the front of the townhouse looks down into the valley towards downtown Kimberley. The backdrop is a panoramic view of the Rockies. The west view from the private deck and hot tub peaks through the tall pines and onto the 16th fairway of the Trickle Creek Golf Resort.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Kimberley Alpine Resort with 80 runs and over 400 cm average annual snowfall is approximately 1 km up the hill. Cross country skiers can access the Kimberley Nature Park virtually right out the front door, or venture through the fairways of Trickle Creek right out the back! The groomed Kimberley Nordic Trails are a short 5 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The townhouse is a short 5 minute drive or maybe a 15 minute hike from the Kimberley "Platzl", the focal point of downtown Kimberley. Payments and Policies
Payment Details

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard through PayPal. A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. This deposit of $300 becomes the damage deposit and is additional to the rental payment. The rental payment (less any amount initially paid to Owner Direct) is due 30 days prior to check-in. Non-payment will result in the booking being canceled. If the booking is canceled at any time, payments (less $100) will be refunded if the unit is re-rented for the period originally booked. Your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure if there are no issues.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
