The kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances and features a gas range and a large refrigerator with bottom pull-out freezer complete with ice maker. The island has three bar stools making it perfect for socializing while the gourmet meals are being prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

Cross country skiers can access the Kimberley Nature Park virtually right out the front door, or venture through the fairways of Trickle Creek right out the back! Payment Details
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard through PayPal. A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. This deposit of $300 becomes the damage deposit and is additional to the rental payment. The rental payment (less any amount initially paid to Owner Direct) is due 30 days prior to check-in. Non-payment will result in the booking being canceled. If the booking is canceled at any time, payments (less $100) will be refunded if the unit is re-rented for the period originally booked. Your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure if there are no issues. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
