• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Trickle Creek golf course is a 15 minute walk. Three other couses are 15 to 20 minutes drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the lifts is 5 minutes (1 block) on a level road. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are quaint restaurants in the Platzl and up on the ski hill there is an outstanding Kelsey's restaurant and an authentic German restaurant, Baurhaus • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Pemiere Lake at the base of the Rockies is a 30 minute drive. The St Marys river is a 15 minute drive. Wasa Lake beach is a 20 minute drive.
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
