Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The hide-a-bed is across from the fireplace. The new Mission Maple futon and deluxe mattress, made by Sealy (deluxe firm), is very comfortable and easy to change to a bed & back to a couch. The linen pkg is found in antique pine trunk/coffee table.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). New deluxe pillow top mattress & box spring. ALL DELUXE BED LINEN IS 310-400 THREAD COUNT. Mirrored closet doors
Bedroom
2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). One bed is extra long & is 6" less wide than a Queen This bedroom has its own bathroom, snack table, TV, 3.6L bar fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker with four mugs. The bedroom has its own private entrance and can be locked off from the rest of the condo. It may be rented separately as a Hotel Suite (ID 19009) for those who wish to have a holiday away from a kitchen.

View complex information and photos at Purcell Condominiums. Guests will especially enjoy the large open kitchen-dining-living room which is essential to entertaining. This view side condo is close to the activities and fun , but far enough away to preserve the peace and quiet of the surrounding mountains. Condo has cozy alpine decor with rustic solid maple furniture, numerous Canadiana paintings, collectibles, and trophies of the area. Wood burning stove with flatstone fireplace. Fire logs are available at the front desk for a nominal charge. Deluxe bed linen is 310-400 thread count, bathroom towels are deep pile by Ralph Lauren. Guests should bring Beach Towels There is a propane BBQ with tools on a private deck with a view of the ROCKIES. Cards and board games are abundant.

There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. 21 Courses within 90 minutes. The closest course, Trickle Creek (rated in Canada's top ten), is a 3-Iron away. The Kimberley Old Course (1926) beautiful and friendly is a 10 minute drive. The Bootleg Gap Course (2002), a fantastic course, is a 15 minute drive. Other great courses are: St Eugene and Casino (25 minute drive), Cranbrook 3@(30 minute) and Fairmount Mountain Side or River Side, Creekside Par3 (60 minute). Mission Hill par-3 course and Way-Lyn Ranch Golf is a 20 minute drive. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). True Ski In/Out. The Condo is directly beside the 'MAIN ski run & QUAD CHAIR' so it is truly a ski in/out. It is so easy to ski in for a Condo Lunch or a picnic lunch. Kootenay Haus has a large deck at the top of the mountain and is a great place to take your own lunch. One skis down to buy a lift ticket. In minutes, you can Cross Country Ski to the Kimberley Nordic Cross Country Trails that are groomed, double tracked and lit for night skiing. For Snow Shoeing or Skating, Trickle Creek Winter Park is located at the Golf Course Lodge (3 minute drive). • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is located mid-mountain and is a 1-minute walk to the ski hill slopes, 3-minute walk to the main ski lodge. For Golfers, a 3-minute drive or 10 min. walk to Trickle Creek Championship Golf Course. Two other courses are a 15 min. drive. The downtown plaza with shopping and restaurants is a 5-7 minute drive or a 20-minute walk down the mountain road. Great picnic spots, cross country (nordic and snow shoe) trails, nature hiking trails, children's amusements and summer chair lift rides and mountain bike trails are minutes away. • Lake is located within a 25 minute(s) drive. A safe wilderness experience for our guests is the 5 minute walk to Kimberley Nature Park (1800 acres or 800 hectors). Several dozen kilometers of multi-use trails criss-cross the forest linking small ponds and panoramic view points. A beautiful place to walk, hike, bike, ski or snowshoe. Maps for $2 downtown. Wasa Lake & Premier Lake, at the base of the Rockies, are a 25 and 36 minute drives. The Saint Mary's River is a 15 minute drive for fly fishing. Wasa Beach is located at Wasa Lake and is a 25 minute drive north of Kimberley on Highway 93 towards Fort Steel.The water is warm. The Provincial Park has 2 public beaches, access areas for beaching up, picnic area, boating, and has a 5 mile paved path around the lake for walkers, joggers, bikers and rollerbladers. Boat and canoe rentals are available, two eateries and a general store. Free beach parking. Premier Lake Provincial Park is 36 minute drive north of Kimberley.
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
