Professional cookware, also: 18L pasta/soup pot, rice cooker, 12-glass spice rack, large roaster, muffin tins, tea pot, wine glasses (red, white & sherry) serving dishes. Kitchen cleaning supplies are included. Basic food staples are included. 2-Gas BBQ's are located by the common room which has a gas fire place and a mountain view. Picnic tables are nearby.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The hide-a-bed is adjacent to the fire place and the pillows are in the master bedroom. The new (2006) Mission Style futon & mattress, firm-deluxe made by Sealy, is very comfortable and easy to change to a bed and back to a couch.The futton bedding package & pillows are found in the pine chest coffee table.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). New (2007) deluxe pillow top mattress & box spring. All BED LINEN is 310-400 thread count, Bedroom has mirror closet doors,
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The southern view is of the forested picnic area and tennis court. The spectacular, uninterrupted view of the Rocky Mountains is best seen from the adjacent common room, pool, hot tub, and BBQ picnic area. No cars are parked on the view side.

Guest will especially enjoy the 9 1/2 foot ceilings & the large open kitchen-dining-livingroom which is esential to entertaining.The Condo has an alpine cabin decor with rustic maple furniture, numerous Canadiana paintings, wood-burning stove with faux brick (fire logs may be purchased at the main office). Deluxe bed linen is 310-400 thread count, Bathroom towels are deep pile by Ralph Lauren. Guests should bring Beach Towels. The Condo is located on the main floor and is conveniently located to the complex's amenities: COMMON ROOM with stone fire place & TV, picnic-BBQ area, sauna, hot tub & summer pool where adults and children gather to enjoy the mountain view, entertain & meet other guests . The slope side rental is close to the activities & fun, but far enough away to preserve the peace & quiet of the surrounding mountains.
