The mini-kitchen-snack area is designed for light breakfasts and lunches so the guests can enjoy dinner out at one of the local restaurants. GAS BBQ is by the Common Room which has a mountain view and gas fire place.Picnic tables are near by. Broiler toaster oven, 4 china coffee mugs, cutlery, steak & carving knives are provided. Guest should bring Royal Chinette Dishes & bowls.

The snack area has 2 chairs and is good for light meals or playing cards. Guests may want to bring picnic plates & plastic glasses for the pool & picnic area. Deluxe bed linen is 310-400 thread count, Bathroom towels are deep pile by Ralph Lauren. Guests should bring Beach Towels. The slope side rental is close to the activities & fun, but far enough away to preserve the peace & quiet of the surrounding mountains.

The closest course, TRICKLE CREEK (rated in Canada's top ten), is a 3-Iron away. The KIMBERLEY OLD COURSE (1926, beautiful & friendly is a 10 minute drive. The BOOTLEG GAP (2002), a fantastic course, is a 15 minutes drive. Other great courses are: MISSION GOLF and CASINO (25 minutes drive), Cranbrook 3@(30 minutes) and Fairmount Mountain Side or River Side or Creek Side Par 3 (60 minutes). A country executive par-3 course, Way-Lyn Ranch Golf is a 15 minutes drive. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). True Ski In/Out. The Condo is directly beside the 'MAIN ski run & QUAD CHAIR' so it is truly a ski in/out. It is so easy to ski in for a Condo Lunch or a picnic lunch. Kootenay Haus has a large deck at the top of the mountain and is a great place to take your own lunch. One skis down to buy a lift ticket. In minutes, you can Cross Country Ski to the Kimberley Nordic Cross Country Trails that are groomed, double tracked and lit for night skiing. For Snow Shoeing or Skating, Trickle Creek Winter Park is located at the Golf Course Lodge (3 minute drive). • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The complex is located mid-mountain and is a 1-minute walk to the ski hill slopes, 3-minute walk to the main ski lodge. For Golfers, a 3-minute drive or 10 min. walk to Trickle Creek Championship Golf Course. Two other courses are a 15 min. drive. The downtown plaza with shopping & restaurants is a 5-7 minute drive or a 20-minute walk down the mountain road. Great picnic spots, cross country (Nordic & snow shoe) trails, nature hiking trails, children's amusements & summer chair lift rides and mountain bike trails are minutes away. • Lake is located within a 25 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A safe wilderness experience for our guests is the 5 minute walk to Kimberley Nature Park (1800 acres or 800 hectors). Several dozen kilometers of multi-use trails criss-cross the forest linking small ponds and panoramic view points. A beautiful place to walk, hike, bike, ski or snowshoe. Maps for $2 downtown. PREMIER & WASA LAKE, at the base of the Rockies, are 25 & 36 minute drives. The SAINT MARIES RIVER is a 15 minute drive for fly fishing. WASA BEACH is located at Wasa Lake and is a 25 minute drive north of Kimberley on Highway 93 towards Fort Steel. The water is warm. The Provincial Park has 2 public beaches, access areas for beaching up, picnic area, boating and has a 5 mile paved path around the lake for walkers, joggers, bikers and rollerbladers. Boat and canoe rentals. two eateries & a general store. Free beach parking. Premier Lake Prov. Park is 36 minute drive north of Kimberley. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50) are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque If you cancel and are able to re-book your holiday, you receive a 100%credit on your new dates. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
