This leads on to a balcony with BBQ and patio furniture with views over the 16Th tee of Trickle Creek Golf Club. The ground floor has 1 queen room with TV and DVD.The other room has 2 single beds with TV and DVD this leads out to the Hot Tub which will take 6 people. We also have a bathroom on this floor

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
