    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Cancellation funds withheld -- Full credit will be applied to rebookings within one year. Security Deposit refundable after inspection and return of keys.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
