    View from the front deck of the condo is completely unobstructed towards the Purcell Mountain range and the Rockies. Front deck overlooks the Beginner ski area with the drag lift directly to the left of the units. The upper deck off the loft bedroom looks out towards the forested area of the ski hill and the valley. Also overlooks the beautiful new Owners Alpine Centre with its outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Watch the kids from the deck while sitting with a cold drink!

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
    If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival and the unit is not re-rented, there will be no refund. If the unit is re-rented payments will be refunded less $100CDN
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
