Unit has a deck off the living room. The complex has: coin operated washer/dryer (top floor of same building)-- coin operated pool table in games area-- ice machine in games area: outside ski locker-- year round hot tub, accessed via tunnel in winter--seasonal swimming pool.

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
