This unit comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, in-suite washer/dryer, hand crafted furniture and 6 person hot tub and barbeque on private deck. Free hi-speed internet and 1 outdoor parking spot are also included. A private on-site clubhouse with heated outdoor pool, hot tub, barbeque area, children's play area, workout room, convenience store and ATM opened Dec. 2007.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
