This unit comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, in-suite washer/dryer, hand crafted furniture and 6 person hot tub and barbecue on private deck. Free hi-speed internet and 1 indoor parking spot are also included. A private on-site clubhouse with heated outdoor pool, hot tub, barbecue area, children's play area, workout room, convenience store and ATM opened in December 2007.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $50 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
