    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    1 night rental or 20% of total is required to complete booking (balance due 30 days in advance of arrival. Credit Card required for damage deposit. Owner accepts personal cheques, visa, or money orders.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $50.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
