Traditional Fully Renovated Old House Ideal for Family Holidays

One kilometer away from the port and the clean sea, the white Cycladic-style houses form with their walls the Castle of Kimolos, built in the 16th century. One of these houses, renewed with respect for tradition in 2008, forms an independent self-catering accommodation for up to six people. The two bedrooms are independent and can be used by two families with one child each. The well-equipped kitchen, the provision of mountain bikes, a rugged three-wheel pushchair and more, in combination with the peaceful, safe environment make this house ideal for family holidays.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
