Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - American Express
Credit card charges 3% If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, all payments are forfeit. We recommend having travel insurance in case of unforeseen cancellation.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
