• MCO Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. From Orlando International Airport: Take the North exit from the airport, to the Beeline Expressway Westbound also known as highway 528. Take the Beeline westbound to I-4. Take I-4 westbound towards Tampa and then take exit 58 of I-4 to bring you right into Champions Gate. Tuscana Lane is located on right hand side just before the entrance to Champions Gate.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A short drive to shops and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
for bookings less than 5 nights a local cleaning charge of $45 applies. This will be collect at the resort. If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, all payments are forfeit. We recommend having travel insurance in case of unforeseen cancellation. Credit card charges 3%

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
